Tohpati Village
Tohpati village is widely known as the centre for handmade Balinese Batik, a traditional form of painting fabric. Batik is of Javanese origin and is made by using wax dots and lines to create the cloth. Visitors will be able to see the had weaving process and purchase unique pieces to take home.

Batubulan
Batubulan is a town Northeast of Denpasar. The name is derived from two words literally translating to “moon” and “rock.” The town has its origin in the story of the god Kalesan who cleared the jungle to build his palace. Batubulan is a hub for antiques, textiles and woodwork and visitors can venture 200 meters down the road to watch the Barong dance in the Pura Puseh temple.

Celuk Village
Celuk village is a traditional Balinese village and is a major centre for gold and silversmiths. Gold and silver galleries line the road with workshops usually beside them where you can watch silversmiths and goldsmiths in action.

Mas Village
Mas village is the home of what is considered some of the best woodcarvings in Bali. The woodcarvings are of a distinctive style, promoting synergy of humanism and naturalism. Balinese masks and carvings inspired Hindu and Buddhist mythology are among some of the most popular pieces.

Batuan Village ( Village of painter societies )
Batuan village is popular for its artworks and handicrafts. Batuan village artisans are known for their unique Balinese artwork which are often dark representations of mythological scenes. The village also features Gambuh dances, an ancient form of Balinese dance-drama, which are carried out during full moons.
